Collection: Farm Fermented Foods
Farm fermented foods was created as a product of my experiences as a chef over the past 10 years. As a young man I moved to a village in the Cotswolds called Chipping-Norton. This is where I found my passion and love for the local land and fresh produce. We learned a lot about fermentation and preserving here and it became a core component to all my cooking.
I spent time working in restaurants throughout the UK continuing, learning my craft and all of this experience led me to move back home to Northumberland where I’ve started farm fermented foods to share my passion and experience with you all.
