Delivery T&C’s
FREE Delivery on ALL orders over £9.50.
*This is the cost of a tray (30) of freshly laid, mixed weight, free range eggs.
Orders under this total will be charged a flat fee of £3.95.
Order by 12noon on THE DAY BEFORE your designated delivery day to GUARANTEE YOUR DELIVERY each week.
We typically deliver between the hours of 10:30am and 8:00pm. Please include your email address and contact number upon the completion of your purchase for accurate delivery updates on the day.

Delivery FAQs
How will I know my order is placed?
- Upon completion of payment, you will receive an email confirming your order.
How will I know when my order will be delivered?
- Rest assured, if you have placed your order by the midday deadline according to our regular routes, your order will be with our delivery driver.
- On the morning of delivery, you will receive an email confirming a window of time in which to expect your delivery. There will also be a link to our swanky tracking system providing minute to minute updates that you can access throughout the day. *please bare in mind, our drivers will occasionally have some trade drops to fit in, or need to stop for food and bathroom breaks.
What if I’m not home to receive my order?
- Firstly, if we are unsure, we will try to call you. So please leave your contact number upon checkout and anticipate a call if you’re out.
- Please, leave instructions via email or as a note on the door if you know you’ll be out.
- Perhaps leave a safe box or bag for your delivery to be placed. (With ice packs in warm weather)
- If we are unable to make contact with you, then our drivers will use personal discretion to decide whether or not it is safe and hygienic to leave your delivery on the property. *Our delivery tracker allows us to provide you with a description or photograph of the chosen location should this occur.
- If it is deemed unsafe to leave your delivery (i.e hghly visible urban location, weather restrictive etc) our driver will retain your delivery and it will be placed on the following weeks route unless instructed otherwise (if a refund is requested in this instance we reserve the right to retain the cost of delivery).
Can I return packaging?
- Certainly, we will be happy to recollect your trays, egg boxes, veg boxes etc. We will always reuse where possible and then recycle. Thank you in advance!
- For jars, please recycle these the usual way at home.
Can I buy extra items from your drivers?
- The short answer is sometimes. Depending on the delivery schedule of the drivers week, they may or may not be carrying extra eggs and other items.
- If you would like to add something below the value of our Free Delivery cut off of £9.50 to an already pending order that has met this minimum, please email Northumbrianeggs@gmail.com with your order number and details and our driver will bring it and complete a transaction on the door.
- We are usually able to accept card payments on the door.
