Farm Fermented Foods

Farm fermented foods was created as a product of my experiences as a chef over the past 10 years. As a young man I moved to a village in the Cotswolds called Chipping-Norton.  This is where I found my passion and love for the local land and fresh produce. We learned a lot about fermentation and preserving here and it became a core component to all my cooking. 

I spent time working in restaurants throughout the UK continuing, learning my craft and all of this experience led me to move back home to Northumberland where I’ve started farm fermented foods to share my passion and experience with you all.

 

Pizza Sauce Napoli Style 250ml

A fermented Napoli style tomato sauce, with the star of the show being Tigerella tomato's. These beautiful heritage tomato's are fermented with other unripe tomato’s from our gardens. Balanced with a bronze fennel vinegar brewed in house.  Perfect for pizzas, pasta’s bolognaise, and so much more!

 

Ingredients

San Marino Tomato, Tigerella Tomato, Red Onion, White Onion, Garlic, Scotch Bonnet Chillies, Basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sulphites

Shelf life 6 Months. Keep refrigerated. Once open consume within 3 months.
