Kimchi is spicy, tangy, sour, with a natural fizz, and is served in Korea as a side dish (or banchan) with most meals!

Serving suggestion: Kimchi fried rice, or in a kimcheese toastie!

INGREDIENTS: Napa Cabbage, Mooli, Carrot, Spring Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Gochugaru, Gochujang, Glutinous Rice, Flour, Salted Shrimp, Fish Sauce

ALLERGENS: Crustaceans, Fish. Made in a kitchen that could use nuts, shellfish, gluten.
