Here at Stonehouse Smokery HQ, we are extremely proud and excited to be able to offer you the chance to taste our wonderful free range produce regardless of where you live in the country. We offer a wide range of ethically reared and sourced Cumbrian charcuterie. Including our twists on the classics such as Chorizo, Pancetta, Lomo and Coppa, as well as our unique cures using locally foraged seasonal ingredients.

Last year we decided to take the plunge & get ready for some serious criticism. We entered 10 of our products into the Great Taste Awards 2022. To our delight, 9 out of the 10 products received awards.

 

Smokey Chilli & Treacle Porter - 55g approx

This salami has the delicious warmth and flavour of fresh red chilli’s without too much heat. We’ve added some beautifully rich Porter called Sufficient Darkness from our local favourites, The Carlisle Brewing Company and a hint of treacle for some savoury sweetness. We’ve used a combination of pasture fed beef from native pasture raised beef and free range pork to make this salami extra special & really stand out from the crowd. Described by one lovely customer as “Chorizo on steroids”.
