Inspired by the stillness of our vast, star strewn skies of Kielder, this is decaf without compromise. Sourced from family farmers in Colombia's Huila and Tolima regions, this coffee is decaffeinated through natural sugarcane method. Ethyl acetate derived from natural sugarcane gently removes the caffeine while preserving the bean's natural sweetness and complexity. Expect deep molasses and cocoa with a lift of red apple acidity. This coffee is a companion for evenings under wide skies. A cup that is restful, gentle and quietly extraordinary.
