Produced on-site at Chain Bridge Honey Farm by Mary Hastie and her trusty colleagues Marie and Frances.
This comb is taken from hives which have been moved from the lowland in early season to the heather hills in late July. The honey will have a mixture of our delicious Tweedside Wildflower Honey and will include some Heather Honey.
Comb honey is the best way to eat honey if you are looking for something ‘just the way the bees made it’. This honey is full of natural goodness and flavour!
