We've partnered with local gin producer, Hepple Gin to bring these Hepple Gin Chocolate Truffles to our collection. The characteristic crisp freshness of Hepple, 'high fidelity' gin comes from the juniper berries from the wilds of Northumberland and their unique 'triple technique'. All this marries so very well with our smooth milk chocolate.

This Easter, treat yourself to our 55% dark chocolate Peppermint Fondant Creams Easter Egg. Crafted by hand, our eggs contain a hidden trove of dark chocolate fondant creams with the clean flavour of peppermint. Made to a recipe passed down two generations from the Swiss chocolatier who Jane trained under. A meltingly soft fondant centre captures the fresh, zing of peppermint - enrobed in our rich 54% dark chocolate and finished with a crystalised mint leaf fragment.

This is our really dark chocolate Easter egg, filled with our most rich, dark chocolates. The Artisan Praline is created from caramelised hazelnuts, ground to a paste, and folded into dark chocolate. It's then dotted with almonds and enrobed in dark chocolate. The dark chocolate Ganache Truffle, made with fresh butter and cream is full of flavour. Finally, the Chocolate Brownie Truffle features fudge brownie pieces in a chocolate truffle. There are 12 chocolates packed inside this egg, before the dark chocolate shell is decorated with drizzles and abstract splatters of even more chocolate.

The Curious Caramels Easter Egg - 430g (12 Truffles)

The curious caramels inside this Easter Egg are firm and chewy with a unique, rich flavour profile you won't find anywhere else. A good old-fashioned recipe with fresh cream and butter that has been honed over at least 3 generations (if not more!).

There are 12 chocolate caramels inside the egg, with 3 different flavours: A classic, 'original' recipe pure and simple, enrobed in dark chocolate. Next, the Cinnamon Toffee Apple has become a firm favourite for us, (and we know many of our customers love it too!). Lastly, the salted Peanut Caramel; because the trinity of peanuts, caramel, and chocolate is one which seems perfectly scrumptious.
