Here at Stonehouse Smokery HQ, we are extremely proud and excited to be able to offer you the chance to taste our wonderful free range produce regardless of where you live in the country. We offer a wide range of ethically reared and sourced Cumbrian charcuterie. Including our twists on the classics such as Chorizo, Pancetta, Lomo and Coppa, as well as our unique cures using locally foraged seasonal ingredients.
Last year we decided to take the plunge & get ready for some serious criticism. We entered 10 of our products into the Great Taste Awards 2022. To our delight, 9 out of the 10 products received awards.
Spreadable Cumberland Salami - 100g approx

Add a touch of decadence to your morning with this spreadable version of the famous Cumberland sausage! Made with fresh rosemary, sage and thyme as well as plenty of crushed black and white peppercorns. Finished with local ale “Spun Gold” by the Carlisle Brewing Company and a hint of oak smoke. This goes beautifully spread on toasted buttery sourdough with some sautéed mushroom’s and spinach then topped off with perfectly poached free range egg!
Ingredients:
Free range pork shoulder, belly and back fat. Cornish Sea Salt. Spun Gold (water, barley, hops). Spices, Fresh herbs. sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite
