A waxed Truckle. A golden Double Gloucester cheese with a deep round tang, beautifully lifted by the savoury sweetness of onion & chives.

Ingredients: Double Gloucester Cheese (MILK), starter culture, salt, rennet, Annatto (E160b), kibbled onion (18%), dehydrated chive flakes (0.3%). For allergens see ingredients in bold. Please note that this cheese is a vegetarian pasteurised cows' cheese. It is suitable for pregnant women.
