Since 1984 Mark Robertson has been making farmhouse cheeses in the heart of Northumberland.

Alnwick Waxed Truckle 170g 

A waxed truckle. Succulent chunks of mango & gentle ginger bring a fruity, slightly acidic flavour to the creaminess and smoothness of Wensleydale cheese. Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients: Wensleydale Cheese cow's (MILK), PDV salt with free flow agent E535, starter culture, rennet, mango pieces (dehydrated mango (16%), citric acid, sulphur dioxide, sugar),ginger (ginger pieces (7.6%), sulphur dioxide, sugar (1.8%)), white sugar. For allergens see ingredients in bold. Do not eat wax layer. Do not throw on an open fire. Suitable for Vegetarians & Pasteurised
