Spritzy Rhubarb Tea is colourful, and it comes in crumbles, but don’t be fooled: this red-stalked perennial sits firmly on the veggie side of the produce fence. It’s sort of like the opposite of a tomato. But what it lacks in identity it makes up for in wonderfulness. Spritzy Rhubarb Tea is packed with calcium, Vitamin K, Lutein, and anti-oxidants, rhubarb makes for a deliciously mild, caffeine-free brew. And it relieves bloating, too!
Rhubarb helps with digestive troubles, constipation, and heartburn. It is high in vitamin K and also contains vitamin C, calcium, potassium and magnesium.

- Hibiscus blossoms
- Elderberries
- Flavouring
- Rose hip peel
- Freeze-dried rhubarb pieces
- Pink cornflower blossoms.
Brewing Guide
1 heaped teaspoon of Spritzy Rhubarb Tea per cup. Steep for 5-12 minutes at 100° C.
