Frozen for freshness - use within 1 month. Once thawed keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
For best results defrost one the fridge and cook for 20 minutes at 200c. Cook for 30 minutes, 200c from frozen if desired.
